CBA Bank donates to Shed

Jan Child visits Shed

Jan Child CEO of Wonthaggi Hospital attended our shed and did a presentation on the happenings at the hospital and Covid update for our members. It was a very informative presentation and we thank Jan for her time and dedication to the community.

Local State member Jordan Crugnale visits shed

State member for Bass, Jordan Crugnale visited our shed on 19th April for a question and answer session, as well as seeing what we do in the shed.

It was a very informative session with Jordan, where we discussed topics from Mental Health, Wonthaggi Hospital  extension and proposed walking track from San Remo to Inverloch, as well as many other topics concerning our community.

We would like to thank Jordan for giving her time to visit our Shed, and we all found it a very informative session.

BCH Tapestry

Framed tapestry for the Wonthaggi Hospital Cancer clinic.

The BCH ladies auxiliary did a beautiful job of the tapestry, Inverloch Men's shed supplied and built the frame and Talum Windows of Inverloch kindly donated the glass.

Thank you all, especially Lindsay & Chris from the shed for the building of the frame and Paul of Talum Glass for the great job with the glass.

And a special thankyou to the ladies auxiliary for the terrific tapestry.

This is huge with it being around 2m x 2m and looks fantastic.
